WHEREAS the Department of Public.Service s ,requeete
John J. Quinn Company, contractors for the following improve-
ments, to omit the sane from their contracts, and the said
John J. Quinn Company has agreed in writing to do so, and it
is necessary to cancel the improvement liens assessed against
the said property for the said improvements, to -wit:.
