passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Highway _ _ Improvement No. 211

prepare and file: plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estirinte of the cost thereof, 'including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifi—
cations and estimate c= cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City

notice stating that at a mooting of the Commission of the

will herar the remonstrances of persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
