Whereas, on the 23rd da

passed and adopted,a resblution ordering the improvement
designated as
District H .210
Highway
, and directed the City !tanager to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvemert
and an estiri to of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifi—
cations and estimate c_ ccs•,; and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Bo ft Resolved by the Commission of the City
of l;iami, Florida., That the City Clerk shall cause to be

notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
