Whereas, on the 23rd day of

passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement

District H-209 , and directed the city Manager to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvenert
and an estiri to of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifi-
cations and estimate cf ces-:, and estimate of incidental
expenses have bean filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Bo It Resolved by the' Commission of the City
