passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement •

prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvemelt
and an estivate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, arid ih:; said plans and specifi-
cations and estiraite c= cCsr and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City 1 anger with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of liiarai, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the LIA.I
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of lxiarai, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Iiiarais to be held at the City Hall in the City of liiarai,
on the 30th day of pate ber 192 3
