19 23 ,the Commission of the City of Miami, Flor'i
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Sidewalks
Improvement NO.- 4$
District Sk. 48 , and direoted the City Tanager to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimte of the cost thereof, Including an estimate -
of the incidental expenses, and thc sad plans and specifi-
cations and estimate of csst and estivate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Hiani, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the MIAMI I;:.W6
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of iiiarai, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Iiiani , to be held at the City Hall in the City of I.tian;
on the 30th day of October 192 3
at 9:00 a.m. o'clock, the Ccra;lissicn of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
