passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Sidewalks Improvement No. 47
District Su. 47 , and directed the City !tanager to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve:to t
and an estimate of the oos t therco= , including an estimate
of the incidental expenses. and the said plans and specifi-
cations and estimate cf ccsti and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Manager with the City
Clark,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of 1 iati, Florida, That the Cit:r "lerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the MIAZI i;i:WS
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Kiwi, a
notice stating that at a meetirg of the Commission of the
City of Iiianii, to be held at the City Hall in the City of Mani,
on the 30th day of Octcbbr 192 3
at 9:00 a.m. o'clock, the Commission of the City of Iliarni,
will hear the remonstrances of peraens interested to the
confirmation of said resolutior oraering said improvement.
