passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as

District Sk. 48 , and directed the City Manager to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvemet
and an estir to of the cost thereof., including an estimate
of the incidental expenses. and the said plans and specifi-
cations and estimate c: cost and estimate of incidental
e:.-penses have bean filed by the City Manager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City
of Mani, Florida, That the City Clerk stall cause to be

a newspaper of general c ire .ilation in the City of Liiaxil, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission of the
City of Eland, to be held at the City Hall in the City of Mia t
on the 30th day o f ;;etaber 192 3
at 9:00 a.m. o'clock, the Cormission of the City of fliami,
will hear the ierionstrarces of pe:aons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
