19 23 ,the Commission of the City of Mardi, Floxtda,
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the inprovtitibn4
designated as Sidewalk
Improvement No. 4$
District Sk. 45 , and directed the City 2.lanager 'ta
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estivate of the cost theree= , including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and th said. plans and specifi-
cations and estimte c= CC.-.Sc and est.ra.te of incidental
expenses have bean filed by the City Tlanager with the City
Clerk,
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Corar.:ission of the City
of I,iarai, Florida, That the City Clerk shall cause to be
published for at least once in the bIlnitil ""3
a newspaper of general c irc i.1ation in the City of I iarai, a
notice stating that at a meting of the Commission cf the
City of Iliamiz to be held at the City Hall in the City of l:iar►iy
on the 30th day of October 192 3
at 9_on e.m_ o'clock, the Commission of the City of Miami,
will hear the remonstrances of peraens interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
