That the construction of the following described improver
r,lent is hereby ordered to be made; the Commission of the O).ty;

points and width thereof:

is to be reproved by grading, by the
oonstruotion of a concrete curb and gutter
(exaept that where s suitable cnirb and gutter
to proper line and grad.* is already in place
the construction of new aurb and gutter will
be omitted) and by the oonstruotion of a
bituminous macadam pavement to a width of
28 ft. from curb to curb.
The gutters are each to be 18 inohes wide.
The City Manager is hereby directed to rrepare end to
file with the City Clerk plans and s.-,ecif icationc of said irn..
provewent and an estiLate the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the estimated aL.ount to be assessed against the
abutting property per front icot, including an estivate of the
cost cf the expense of drelialiaary and other eurvi;ys, the
inspection and ou,.erintendenoe of the work, the preparation
of ?lane and specifications and esti::eze, the printing and
publishing of aoticas and drocei:ciinzs, the rreparation of
bonds, and any other exrenees :ecessary and prpper, This
improve:Lont shall be designated in all droceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Highway In rover.ent Nu. 210
