Be It Resolved by the Commission of the City of 1Iiami,710Xida:
That the oenetruotion of the following described isvrove-
ment is hereby Ordered to be made, the Commission of. the 014Y-
Qf hereby netting forth its intention to proca'
under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The, Oticb041,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal, -
Points and width thereof:
1. w. 34th Arrace, from the West line of Miami Avenue
to the Last line of 1I. .3rd Avenue, is to be improved by
grading, by the construction of a oonorete curb and gutter
(except that where a suitable curb and gutter to prom* line
and grade is already in place, the construction of new curb
and gutter.will be omitted) and by the construction of a
bitumiLoue macadam paving to a width of ten feet, said ten
feet cf bituminous macadam paving to be five feet on each
side of the present 18 feet cf bituminous macadam paving on
said strect, and said five feet on each side of said 18
feet to extend from the curb on each side of said street
to the present 18 feet of bituminous macadam paving. 2ae
gutters are eaJh to be 18 inchee wide.
