That the oenatruotion of the following described improve,
went is hereby ordered to be made, the Commission of tb :ULtY

under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to be. Jmprcwed,,..or
sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to be laid. The material,
nature aad character of such improvement with the terminal
points and width thereof:
i . W. 33rd Street from the West line of Miami Avenue to
the Last line of D. V. 3rd Avenue is to be improved by grading,
by the construction of a concrete curb and gutter (except
that where a suitable ourb and gutter to proper line and grade
is aired y in place, the construction of new curb and gutter
will be omitted) d by the construction of a bituminous
macadam pavement to a width of ten feet, said ten feet of bi-
tuminous macadam paving to be five feet on each side of the
present 18 feet o;: macadam paving on said street, and said
five feet en each side of said 18 feet to extend from the
curb on each :.ide of said street to the present 18 feet of
bituminous Laacadam paving. The gutters are eash to be 18
inches wide.
