Miami, be and is hereby authorized and requested, if it
becomes necessary, to appear before Honorable M. D. Price,
Circuit Judge, in conneotion.with the attorneys for the
2' ectrio Light & Power Company and resist, on behalf of
the City of Miami, the granting of any supersedeas from
the order made disolving the injunction in this case.
