OF REDEEMING TAX SAXCERTIFICATE A8 WIT FORTS
IN THE RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, the City Attorney reports that there vas Sold
by the City for City Taxes on June bth, 1922, as Shown by
Oertifioate No. 1515 for the taxes of 1921, the property de-
soribed in Said oertifioate and that as shown by the oer-
tifioate of the Clerk of the Court that the cost of redemp-
tion is $192.85, and
WHEREAS, the C. J. Holleman Company claim to be the
owners of the property and have offered to pay the taxes
thereon, amounting to $165.30, and it is doubtful whether
or not that the said tax sale was valid, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami
that the sun of $27.55 be, and the same is hereby, appro-
priated for the purpose of paying to A. Engler, purchaser
of said Tax Certificate Ito. 1515, the balance of the amount
necessary to redeem the said Tax Certificate, the additional
amount of $165.30 to be paid by the 0. J. Holleman Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said amount of $27.55
be and is hereby appropriated from the proper fund for the
purpose hereinbefore set forth.
PASSED AED ADOPTED this 16th day of October, A. D.
1923.
