WHEREAS, petition of the property owners ran:BriokeU
Avenue from S.E. 7th Street to S.E. 15th Road requesting-.thaV
the Australian Pined on the Avenue between the streets named
by removed and that other trees, palms and foliage be sub-
stituted for the trees so removed, had been submitted to the
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Commission is in favor of the Australian
Pines being removed and other trees, palms and foliage sub-
stituted,
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RLSOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the petition of the petitioners be, and the
same is hereby, granted and the City Manager be, and he 'is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause the Australian Pine a'
on Brickell Avenue from J. 3.7th Street to S. E. 15th Road,
tb be removed and other trees, palms and foliage substituted
in place thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, A. D. 1923.
