SET FOIE III THE COMMUNICATION OF THE DIRECTOR:or
PUBLIC UTILITIES TO THE CITY MANAGER AND AS SHOWN
O1 TB SKETCH ATTACHED TO SAID COMMUNICATION.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Utilities has submit-
ted to the City Manager plans and estimate of cost of pro
posed changed extension of the street railway system of --
the City of Miami, aid
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted suoh plans
and estimate of cost to the Commission and the Commission
approves of the change and the additional cost thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami that the change in the proposed street
railway system extension as recommended by the Director of
Public Utilities to the City Manager be,and the same is
hereby, authorized and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, AL. D.
