SET WORTH IN THE RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissio ► of the City of -Man
that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized,
in his judgment and discretion, that whenever an employee
of the City, who has been continuously in the service of
the City fbr more than twelve months and has not taken
advantage of the customary vacation, resigns and leaves
his employment that the City Lnager may in his judgment
pay such employee for 15 days additional time in lieu of
his not having taken his vacation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all such cases the
City Manager nAvi oo tho D4portmAnt of Pimanoo and tho
City Commission of his action in such matters.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, A. D.
1923.
