WHEREAS, the oontraot eantereci into for the improvesent of
Streets under Sidewalk Improvement District No:. 33 by the cons.
struotion of a oonorete sidewalk 5 feet_wids--- ----�- �-
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF 1MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :..ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, slating that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C:.ty of Miami to be held on a certain day
and. at a certain hour, ' not= l&ss than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, , may- appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
