WHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improvement as
N. W. 2nd Avenue, from N. W. 22nd St. to N. W. 29th Street by
construction of a 10" T. 0 • pipe Sewer and neoessery manholes
and appurtenanoee---�
`uthorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City. of Miami,
MOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM1MISSION OF THE
CITY OF 1MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newepader published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, skating teat at a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date'of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
