WHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improvement
N. W. let Street, from lath to 14th.tranna and 16th and 1/ ,
authorized by resollition of the Commission of tbm City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of tbe City of Miami,
WOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to ...:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks sting that at a meeting of the
Commission of the Cty of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first dublication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary atsessment toll, may appear
and file written objeotions to the confirmation of the said
preliminary ro11.
