WHEREAS, the Comer-Ebsary Fouadationtiomps b*Yi
bulk -headed and filled City property fronting on Miami
River at S. W. Second Avenue, and
WOMB, the work has been duly accepted by the
Direotor of Public Service;
NOW, TIIBREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI :
That the Direotor of Finance be, and he is here-
by authorized and direoted to pay the Comer-Ebsary
Foundation Company the sum of .1762.50 for bulk -head-
ing and filling in City property at the location here-
inabove set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $1762.50
be, and is hereby, appropriated from the S. W. Second
Avenue Bridge Bond Fund for the purpose of making the
said payment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September,
A. D. 1923.
