NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami that the bond heretofore issued on behalf''
of Peter E. Hartnett for the erection and oonatruotion of the
Southeida Fire Station be, and the seam is hereby, oanoelled
and the surety, laryland Casualty Company, be, and the same
is hereby, released.
