THE BOND AND THE RELEASE 0P THE SURZTY BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY 0P =AMI AND HUNT BROTHERS POR
THE ERECTION AND CONSTRUCTION 0P THE NURSES
HOME AT THE OITY HOSPITAL.
WHERBA.S, the Nurses' hose has been completed and
funlehed in compliance with the plans and specifications
for the erection and construction of said building, and
WHEREAS, the said building has been accepted by
the City of Miami an Day llth, 1923,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami that the bond heretofore executed
on behalf of Hunt Brothers for the erection and con-
struotion of said building by Massachusetts Bonding do
Insurance Company, as surety, be, and the, same is Is re -
by, cancelled and the surety thereon released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 45th day of September, A. D.
1923.
