Section 1. Tat the Director of Public Utilities
and he is hereby, authorized and direoted to proceed with t2 '"
work of procuring and adequate and wholesome water supply for
the City of Miami.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to purchase supplies needed and such additional
supplies as are necessary, after receiving competitive bide
on same, in carrying out of this work.
