WHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improvement Of
N. W. 29th Street, from N. Miami Ave. to N. W. End Aveaue,
by a 15" T. C. pipe Sewer and necessary manholes and appurten-
ances
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOV, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF LIIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary as6essment roll, the bity Clerk cause notioe
to be given in a newer published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, slating that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C:.ty of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 4th day of September
