oeaeary that he be absent from the next four regular
meetings of the City Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter provides that such ab-
sence be exoueed by resolution duly spread upon the
minutes,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami that J. E. Lummus be, and he is
hereby, excused from the next four regular meetings of
the City Commies ion.
