that he be absent for thirty days more or less, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter provides that the City Comostestan:
may designate some otherperson to act during such absence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
Citzi of Miami that F. B. Stoneman be, and he is hereby, granted
a leave of absence for thirty days.
$E IT FURTHER RE:JOLVED that D. J. Heffernan be, and he is
hereby, appointed to serve as municipal judge for the City of
Miami during the absence of F. B. Stoneman.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, A. D. 1923.
