t7H4iS, the Director of public Servicd and City
have, pursuant to directions given at the regular meet
August 21st, submitted tabulations of bids received for work
under Sanitary Sewer Improvement Districts No. 61 to 79, both
inclusive, and
WHEREAS, it appears from said tabulations that the bid
of J. B. LioCrary Engineering Corporation is the lowest and
best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
Section 1. That the proposal of J. B. McCrary :.igireer-
ing Corporation for the construction of sewers as set forth
in their bid be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into contract with said J.
B. McCrary Engineering Company and that the contract, toge-
ther with bond to be furnished by the contractor, be approved
by the City Attorney and that the City L,anager submit both
contraot and bond to the Commission for approval.
Section 3. That the City Clerk return to the unsuccess-
ful bidders the certified cheoks and bidder's bonds whioh ac-
companied their aids.
