A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE
EXECUTION OF. CONTRACT BY THE CITY MANAGER FOR;
AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI WITH THE
JOHN' J. QUINN COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION W0=
UNDEP .STORM. SEWER DX STRICT NO. 6O A.

WHEREAS, the Commission,, by resolution: t%i1y adopted
August 21st, 1923, authorised and directed the City Manager,
to enter into contract with John J. Quinn Company for con-
struction of sewers under Storm Sewer District No. 60-A
and
WHEREAS, the City ?danger has submitted such contract,
duly executed by the City of Miami and the contractor, to-
gether with bond furnished by said contractor, both bond and
contract having been ap rcved. as to form by the City Attorney;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
. That the said contract between the City of Miami and
John J. Quinn Conxany for construction of sewers under Storm
Sewer District No. 60—A be, and the same is hereby, ratified
and confirmed by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida.
PASSED AIvDADOFTED this 28th day of August, A.D. 1923.
