S. W. Brat Street, from 12th Avenue to 17th Avenue
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City'of-
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the Gity of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE•, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF IMIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to .:.ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER P.ESOi ED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary anr,essraent ro7.1, the city Clerk cause notice
to be given is a n.wspa?er published in the City twice
weekly for two wer:kc, sT=..ting that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C .ty Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first pubication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 28th day of August
19 23 .
