IHEREAS, the oontraot ertered into for the improvement Of.
W. 6th Street, from 10th Avenue to 12th Avenue
authorised by resolution of the Commission Of the ,ipty of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TM
CITY OF MMIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to Wake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER P.ESOLVED, that twon the filing of said
preliminary anLessn€nt cull, the t.:ty Clerk cause notice
to be given in a n:.wepa.ler published in the City twice
weekly for two wee'.sr, s r=.,ti ng that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C'.ty r Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first pub2 i.cation, any person whose property is
described in said pxelir.une.ry assesgr ent roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
