WHEREAS, the oontraot entered inEte for the igproy Gent Of
N. W. 29th Street, from N. W. 2nd Avenue to V. W. eth Avenue by
the oonstruotion of a 12" T. O. Pipe Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenanoes
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF UTAUI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:take and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary asseosr.:ent roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newepa)er published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, scwting trhat at a meeting of the
Commission of the C'.ty of l:ia4 to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
