CITY ATTORNEY TO CLOSE THE DEAL FOR THE
PURCHASE OF BLOCK "A" OF LAWRENCE ESTATE..
LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION:
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a 1etter..to
the City Commission containing pertain terms and conditions.
in connection with the purchase of the above described
property,
NOV, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Commission of the
City of Miami that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized anUdirected to close the deal for the purchase
of the above described property in connection with the
terms set cut in the said Manager's letter and in further
connection with the resolution heretofore passed for the
purchase of the above described property.
