Section 1. That unless otherwise provided by resolution, all
improvement bends hereafter issued under the authority of Section
56 of the charter of the City of Miami, adopted in 1921, as amend—
ed by act of the Legislature of 1923, ratified by the qualified
voters of the City of Miami on July 17, 1923, shall be signed by
the Mayor and City Clerk and attested by the Director of Finance
and sealed with the City Seal, and the couponattached thereto
evidencing the installments of interest shall be signed by said
Clerk whose signature inay be in facsimile and said bonds and cou-
pons shall be in substantially the following form:
