WHEREAS, the contract entered into for the,improvement 0
N. W. FOURTEENTH AVENUE, from First Street to Seventh St o i ,
authorized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OOMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to Wake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary asseesr.:ent roll of said improvement as provided
in Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment Toll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newcpader pabl shed in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, seating that at, a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain 4ay
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
prelimi }aTy roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 21st day of August
1923 .
