WHEREAS, the 'dontract entered into for the improvement of,
. WEST ELEVENTH AVENUE, from S. W. 3rd St. to N. W. 7th 8t..
authorized by resolution bf the Qtltlmission of the City of
Miami has been properly and aompietely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of tie City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED it THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to ;Lake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment 7oll, the b. ty Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newspader published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, srating that at a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, uay appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
