Bh IT RES0LVED by the Commission Of the City ot,
Miami that the Director of Pinanoe be, and be is hors -
by, authorized and directed to oanoel upon the special
assessment rolls of his office of February, 1917, the as-
sessments of $1,012.82 and $60.83 against the right-of-
way of the F.E.C.4• spur track extending to the Termi-
nal Docks from Avenue E to the Boulevard and that part
of Lot 10, Block 57 North, within the right-of-way, res-
pectively, and that the said sums be and are hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund to the credit of Sink-
ing Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, A. D.
1923.
