authorised by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Mimi,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF 1MIAUI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :Lake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary asseear ent roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
HE IT FURTHER . RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the b.:ty Clerk cause .notice
to be given in a newcpa.?er published in the City twice
weekly for two weeks, stating that.at°'a meeting of the
Commission of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first ;publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 14th day of August
