duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOWA THHREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF tIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided.
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of 'said

and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
