Miami has been properly. and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
TOY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OOMMISSrON OF THE
CITY OF 1MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to make and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary asseesrent roll of said improvement as provided
in Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER P.ESOLVED, that upon the filing Of said
preliminary assessment roll, the bity- Clerk cause notice
to be given in a ncwspader pablished in the City twice
weekly for two we . ;cr, s r: ti ng that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C'.ty r Miami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
