horized by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMdI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to ::Lake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED, that moon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the city Clerk cause notice
to be given in a n::wepader published ins the City twice
weekly for two wee.cr , s r: ti ng tbat at a meeting of the
Commission of the C'.t.y o Miami to be held On a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first pub?ication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, ray appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
