to East line of N. W. 12th Avenue, by grading; by the construe.-
tion of ourb and gutter (except where suitable curb to proper
line and grade was already in place, gutter only was construct..
ed) and by construction of a bituminous meosdSm pavement to a
width of twenty-eight (28) feet from curb to curb. The gutters
each eighteen (18) inched Wider -
in the City of Mjami,Florida, has been properly and oompletely
done,and is in c:on.orn:ity to.the plans, profiles, details,
drawings, and sp otf:.oations of the City Manager as adopted by
the Commission of the City of Miami for such improvements, and
due notice to the owners cnd all other 1:ersone interested in
the property bu` t irg sa to im?::cv er.ent s having been .duly given,
and the Commis.3.ca of the rity of x:.ir i na.ving heard the owner
or owners and all other persons interested who appeared, and
having received w:ia ccn4..r.er d a] 1 re::.ons.rances and 'complaints
irom the owners of p::operty or other persons interested therein
against the cost of such ::r:..; rover.:enta, and being satisfied that
said work has been dare and completed in accordance with the
profiles, details, drawings and specifications.
THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami,Florida, that said work for said improvement be, and the
same is, hereby accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
