N. W. 3RD STRIZT, from the West line of N. W. 10th Avenue to
the &et line o f N . W. l2 th Avenue, by the o onetruotion of a con -
orete curb and gutter (except that where a suitable curb to the
proper line and grade'o*e already in place, gutter .only was oon-
struoted) and by grafting and by the construction of a bituminous
maoadam pavement to a width of twenty-eight (28) feet faom curb ,,
to ourb. The gutters eighteen inohes wide.

drawings, and. spFcifuatione of the City Manager as. adopted by
the Commission of the City of Mail for such improvements, and
due notice to the owners and all other persons interested.in
the property abu` tin; said imp;:rver„ente having been.duly given,
and the Commic3ie:i .':: the flit; cf having heard the owner
or owners and all ;her persons interested who appeared, and
having received z.nd r,cnc:.de.red a7.1 remonstrances and complaints
from the owners of p :operty or other ller3ons interested therein
against the cost of ouch :.m.prover-entn, and being satisfied that
said work has been dor.e and completed in accordance with the
profiles, details, drawings and specifications,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Uiami, Florida, that said %►olk for said improvement be, and the
same is, hereby accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
