DOCUMENT SOLUTIONOF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
FOLLOW"
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Commission it
beoame necessary to the interests of the City of Miami and
to its inhabitants that Northeast Thirteenth Street between
North Bayshore Drive on the west and the causeway viaduct
on the east be widened from its present width of forty feet
to a width of sixty-five feet by the acquisition of twenty-
five feet additional along the south side of said Northeast
Thirteenth Street between said points aroresaid, and
WHEREAS, the said additional strip of twenty-five
feet is owned or controled by the Belcher Asphalt Paving
Company, a Florida corporation, who hate agreed to convey the
same to the City in consideration of a conveyance by the City
to said Belcher Asphalt Paving Comany of a strip of land owned
by the City twenty-four feet wide described as follows:
"Starting at a point 205 feet South of the S.E.
corner of N. Bayshore Drive and N.E. 13th St.,
East parallel to the South line of N.E. 13th St.,
to Bulkhead, South 24 ft.; thence Weet, parallel
to South line of N.E. 13th St. to North Bayshore
Drive; thence North 24 ft. to point of beginning."
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the said City the exchange
by said City of said strip. of land twenty-four feet wide owned
by said City for said strip of land twenty-five feet wide on
the south side of Northeast Thirteenth Street would be
advantageous to the said City and its inhabitants.
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED By the Commission ssion of
the City of Miami that the proper officers of the City be and
they are hereby aut!;orized and directed to execute a proper
deed of conveyance from the City of Miami to said Belcher
Asphalt Paving; Company of the said strip twenty-four feet and
described as follows, to -wit:

and to deliver the same to said Belcher Asphalt Paving Cotes,«
upon the delivery by said Belcher Asphalt Paving Company to
said City of Miami of a deed to said strip of land twenty-.
five feet wide on the south side of Northeast Thirteenth
Street extending from North Bayshore Drive to the causeway
viaduct.
