C'hereas, the Commission Of the City of Miami, by reso-
lution passed and adopted the lgth day of July-.3.9 23
ordered Sidewalk Improvement - �i-A, District Sk. 41-A
and the City Manacer, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifjcations of such improvement and an estivate
of the cost. tli reof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvemment, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been wade
that the Commission of the City of Miami would on the
31st day of July 1)23 , at the City
Hall, at 9:00 a. m. o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances received having
been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Miami.
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commissionof the City
of Miami, Florida, that the said xesol ion of the Commission of

turned. In default of the art rind into of such contract, the
certified check rec.iired to accor..rany such bid shall be for-
feited to the City of ;:iami, Florida, not as c:. penalty, but a.c
liquidated dar::a:-es for the delay or additional cost which ztay
be incurred by the City, by reason of such default. No bid
will be permitted to be withdrawn for any reason whatever after
taming been filed with the Clerk.
