A Rt: 1,UT NG OWNERS OF THE P PERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED VHO HAVE NOT ALREADY
CONNECTED THEIR SEVERAL PREMISES WITH SEWERS,
TO CONNECT THE SAME WITH SEWERS IN FRONT OF
THEIR SEVERAL PREMISES, AND UPON DEFAULT OF
COMPLIANCE, TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSION TO MAKS
CONTRACTS FOR SUCH CONNECTIONS AND FIX A LIEN
AGAINST THE PROPERTY FOR THE COST THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has power to order all or
any owners of abutting real estate to connect their several
premises with sewers about to be constructed by the City of Miami,
in front of their several premises, and in default of oomplianoe
for ten days after notice published in the newspaper, authorizes
the oity oo..mission to contraot for cr make such conneotions and
assess the *hole cost thereof against the particular premises
with which the connection is made,
NOV, ^_H7REFORE, BE IT RESOLVEr BY THE CO'MMISSI JI"I OF THE
CITY OF =:I .1: That all owners of property upon the follow—
inar streets between the streets named who have not connected their
several premises .with sewers, which are about to be constructed
by the City of Miami on the said ,streets, are hereby required and
ordered within ten days from the date cf the -publication of the
`notice thereof, to make such connections of their several premises
with the sewers to be constructed on said streets under such
reulations in accordance with the specifications as prescribed
and found it the office cf the Di-:• Bator of Public Service in the
City of '._i^ .i, and upon default of compliance with the order oon:-
trained in his 2e.:olu:ion within ten days after such notice, the
City Commis ion will contract for or such connection, and the
who&e cost of said connections shall be made a lien against the
particular prope:.•ty :with which ti:e connection is ir.ade to the same
extent and character as The lien provide: for special assessments.
