the Architect and the City Manager that the bid of Enight & Lomas,
for the construction and erection of said Warehouse #4 is the
lowest and best responsible bid; now, therefore,
BS IT ESSOLV.iD by the .:ommi.sion of the City of Miami:
Section 1: `l't the bid o; might & Lomas, for the oonetruo-
tion and erection of .nrehouse I4 upon the City Docks, at and for
the sum of *67,204.00, be, and the same is i:erei8, accepted.
Section 2: 'Mat the City ;manager be, and is hereby, direoted
to enter into oor.traot, for and on behalf of the City of i:iarLi, with
I:ni�;ht & Lomas, .or the construction cf Laid Warehouse 44, in the
usual form srd submit same to tiie pity Attorney for his approval
