livery, without cost to the City, at Miami for their uses,.
of the U. S. S. Sapona or the U. S. 8. Cape Fear: therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission ofthe City of Miami
that the U. S. Shipping Board be .requested to deliver at Miami,
Florida, for the uses of the American Legion, the U. S. S.
SAPONA or the U. S. S. CAPE FEAR at a point to be hereafter
selected and designated by the City'Commiesion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the foregoing
resolution be mailed by the Clerk to Honvrable Duncan U.
Fletcher, United States Senator at Washington, D. C.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, A. D. 1923.
