duly accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assescr €nt :-oll, the bity Clerk cause notice
to be given in a nweda)er pablished in the City twice
weekly for two we :.cr, s ; Ling trat at a meeting of the
Commission of the C:.ry t:iami to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first dub2ica.ion, any person whose property is
described in said pzeliraina.ry assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
