IHEREAS, the oontraot entered into for the improvement of
N. W. 7TH STRUT, from the F. 1 . 0. Ry. to li . Miami Avenue by
the ookstruotion of an 8 " T. 0. Pipe Sewer, with concrete oov-
ering and neoeseary manholes and appurtenances
aUthoriaed by resolution of the Commission of the City of
Miami has been properly and completely done and said work
duly acoepted by the Commission of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI,_FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to :.:ake and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as provided
in Seotion 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER P.ESOL1ED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary ar,ess ;Ent :'cal, the bity Clerk cause notioe
to be given i:: a n!;wepa)er published in the City twice
weekly for two we:: s, sing that at a meeting of the
Commission of the C' ty ni i:ia:ai to be held on a certain day
and at a certain hour, not less than twelve days from the
date of the first pub'ication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
preliminary roll.
